How do I login?

  • Use your New York Tech mymail e-mail username and password to login for example: John Doe with an e-mail address of jdoe@nyit.edu will type jdoe in the username field and type his password in the password field. 

I'm a new user or have forgotten my password. How can I reset it?

How do I submit my photo using Online Photo Submission?

What are Flex funds?

  • Flex funds are the universal fund used for food, copy and bookstore service. Flex funds are funds that can be put on any ID Card.

Where can I add Flex Funds?

  • Online at Onecard.nyit.edu
  •  
  • CMC machines located in Salten Hall, Student Activities Center, Riland Cafe on the Old Westbury Campus and at the Library at 1855 Broadway on the Manhattan Campus.

Are there any refunds on unused funds?

  • No, New York Tech does not refund any unused funds remaining on the cards at the end of the year.

How much money can I put in my Flex Fund account?

  • You can put a minimum of $1.00 on your card or as much as $500.00, it doesn't matter.

Can I use a credit card to put money on my card?

  • Yes, the CMC machines accept cash, MasterCard and Visa.
  • Onecard.nyit.edu accepts AMEX, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.

What is the benefit of using flex funds?

  • You can use these funds at all New York Tech campus cining operations at both the Old Westbury and the Manhattan Campus.
  • Flex funds can be used at the book store as well as the library.
  • Flex funds carry over from Fall to Spring term.

Do these funds expire?

  • No.

Is there a Meal Plan offered for students who do not reside in the residence halls?

  • Yes, the "Commuter Plus Meal" plan is designed for non- residential students who plan to dine in New York Tech's dining locations on campus such as Salten Hall, Riland Cafe, Educational Hall and the SAC Servery on the Old Westbury Campus and the Metro Cafe located on the Manhattan Campus.

  • Students who enroll in this plan are not charged tax on their food purchases.

  • Students must sign up in person at the office of the Bursar. A minimum initial deposit of $50.00 is required to enroll in the plan.
